意思就是新修楼栋都不准乱搭乱建了，以前的小区部分我也不想去趟浑水，不要想我物业去管。。

是的。闹一阵没啥用。如果自己的房子一楼带花园，也希望有个阳光房，或阳光棚，安逸得很
大部分人都是我没有你也不能有，你住一楼顶楼理由更多，很多都是开发商就给弄好的或承诺了

有承诺也不行呀，开发商凭什么把公共区域送给私人，除非把承诺写进购房合同。
