<!----><style type="text/css">html{font-size:375%}</style><link href="https://pic.app.meishanren.com/static/publish/css/style.css?v=1605251010481" rel="stylesheet" position="1" data-qf-origin="/static/publish/css/style.css?v=1605251010481"><div class="preview_article "> <!----> <p>2月23日，2021年重点城市烟花爆竹管控专题视频会议在生态环境厅召开。会议学习贯彻省领导对大气污染防治工作的指示精神，通报春节期间烟花爆竹燃放的污染情况，分析今年大气污染防控形势，部署烟花爆竹管控工作。</p><p>据通报，今年春节期间，烟花爆竹大量燃放，环境空气质量反弹幅度较大。经测算，烟花爆竹燃放对全年PM2.5平均浓度贡献0.4%，同比增加0.25个百分点。</p><p> </p><p>实际上，今年全省所有县级行政区中，绝大部分都采取了限放禁放措施，其中全域禁放占比20%，采取限放措施的占比75.9%。然而，春节期间，生态环境部门通过暗访暗查发现，烟花爆竹管控工作存在源头管控不到位、禁燃禁放力度减弱等问题。此外，禁放区划定也存在局限。部分城市虽然划定了烟花爆竹禁燃禁放区，但仅限于主城区，对周边重点县（区）、传输通道县（区）、城乡结合部未限制，导致烟花爆竹燃放影响全市环境空气质量。</p><p class="empty_paragraph"> </p><p class="empty_paragraph"> </p><p style="list-style: none;
