style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='box-sizing: border-box;'>一、本通告所称跨境赌博相关犯罪嫌疑人是指《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零三条规定的赌博罪、开设赌场罪的犯罪嫌疑人以及关联犯罪的犯罪嫌疑人。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='box-sizing: border-box;'>二、自本通告发布之日起至2021年4月30日前，犯罪嫌疑人向公安机关、人民检察院、人民法院自动投案，如实供述自己的罪行的，属于自首。犯罪嫌疑人投案自首的，可以依法从轻或者减轻处罚；情节较轻的，可以依法免除处罚。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='box-sizing: border-box;'>三、犯罪嫌疑人委托他人代为投案或者先以信函、电话、电报、电子邮件等方式投案，本人随后到案的，视为自动投案；经亲友规劝、陪同投案的，或者亲友主动报案后将犯罪嫌疑人送去投案的，视为自动投案。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='box-sizing: border-box;'>四、犯罪嫌疑人到案后有检举、揭发他人犯罪行为，经查证属实的，以及提供重要线索，从而得以侦破其他案件，或者积极协助司法机关抓获其他犯罪嫌疑人等立功表现的，可以依法从轻或者减轻处罚；有重大立功表现的，可以依法减轻或者免除处罚。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span
