16px;'>介绍，在省人才工作领导小组的统筹下，省人社厅牵头编制了《报告》聚焦省委、省政府关于加快构建“5+1”现代产业体系及大力发展文旅、建筑产业有关部署，以电子信息、装备制造、食品饮料、先进材料、能源化工和文旅、建筑七大重点产业为主研方向；通过“省直主管部门分行业划定、各市州人社局按地区增补”，全面覆盖省内近千家重点企事业单位；采取“单位申报、逐级把关、全省比对”的方式，科学采集急需紧缺人才涉及岗位的最低学历要求、职称技能要求、能力专业要求，薪酬待遇、所在地区以及总职数、在岗数、需求数等，较准确地反映了重点产业人才资源真实情况；创新人才目录编制方法，突出数量、质量和稳定性三项关键指标，建立人才急需紧缺度指数，分重、中、轻三个程度，实现对相关产业、地区人才岗位紧缺度的量化评估；综合分析结论，从建立人才共享机制、优先开发重度紧缺人才、优化调整人才政策、完善人才目录工作等方面提出对策建议。</span></p></section></section><br><div
