<!----><style type="text/css">html{font-size:375%}</style><link href="https://pic.app.meishanren.com/static/publish/css/style.css?v=1605251010476" rel="stylesheet" position="1" data-qf-origin="/static/publish/css/style.css?v=1605251010476"><div class="preview_article "> <!----> <header style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-family: -apple-system, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 32.8205px;"><div id="header"><div class="tt-title" style="padding-top: 12px; padding-right: 20px; padding-left: 20px; color: #222222; font-weight: 600; overflow-wrap: break-word; font-size: 27px; line-height: 43px;">让77万老人安心养老 眉山实施养老护理员补贴政策 最高每月可获补贴1200元</div><div class="mediasug-outer-container no" style="overflow: hidden; transition: max-height 0.4s ease-in-out 0s; max-height: 0px;"><div class="mediasug-inner-container" style="margin-top: 3px; background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 16px;"><div class="ms-pointer" style="height: 5px; position: relative;"> </div></div></div></div></header><article class="syl-page-article tt-article font_m syl-device-mobile" style="margin: auto 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-align: justify; overflow-wrap: break-word; word-break: break-word; hyphens: auto; overflow: hidden; color: #222222; font-family: -apple-system, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 39px; font-size: 21px;"><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">1月12日，记者从<span class="entity-word" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: #0e408c; position: relative; white-space: nowrap;" data-gid="2916814">眉山</span>市民政局获悉，为深入推进养老服务人才队伍建设，今年1月1日起，眉山已正式实施《<span class="entity-word" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: #0e408c; position: relative; white-space: nowrap;" data-gid="2754760">养老护理员</span>岗位补贴及从业年限补贴的实施方案（试行）》（以下简称《方案》），眉山将以从业岗位和从业年限为参考，对全市符合条件的<span class="entity-word" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: #0e408c; position: relative; white-space: nowrap;" data-gid="11348571">养老护理</span>人员开展补贴。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">据悉，这也是全省首个覆盖全面的养老护理人员补助政策。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">《方案》将养老护理员岗位补贴与职业技能等级挂钩，明确从2021年1月1日起专职从事养老管理或护理工作且取得相关资质的养老护理员将享受每人每月50元至1200元的岗位补贴；在同一养老机构连续从事养老管理或护理工作每满3年的，还可获得一次性奖励1500元，从业时间从今年1月1日起开始计算。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">此次补贴的对象为在眉山各类养老机构从事管理或护理工作，与养老机构签订劳动合同，持有养老护理国家职业技能等级证书的养老护理从业人员。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">眉山市民政局相关负责人介绍，养老护理员是老年人安度晚年的重要保障，《方案》的施行，将有助于提高全市养老护理员的待遇，增强其社会荣誉感和获得感。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">眉山是全省最“年轻”的地级市，但也是全省老龄化程度最高的市州之一，全市有老年人77.23万人，老龄化率达22.4％。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">近年来，眉山全力推进养老服务体系建设，在城市建起了“1 N”养老服务体系，在农村建起了“镇村组”三级养老服务体系。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">截至目前，全市建成农村养老服务中心71个、分中心156个、服务点302个，投入运营<span class="entity-word" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: #0e408c; position: relative; white-space: nowrap;" data-gid="3079518">社区养老</span>服务综合体11个，其他社区养老服务设施38个。2020年以来，眉山在22个新建小区规划配建养老服务设施6721平方米，全市流转了5个大型闲置国有资产用于建设社区养老服务综合体。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 30px;">多措并举，眉山养老服务工作成为了全省示范，2019年，眉山在全国大城市养老服务工作会议暨全国养老服务推进视频会议上就农村养老“四个三”机制作经验交流，2020年，在全国第四批居家和社区养老服务改革试点工作中期验收评估中，眉山被民政部、财政部评为优秀等次，并被确定为全国10名优中选优对象之一给予了资金奖励。</p></article> <!----></div><!----> 咋没听说东坡区有社区养老的中心什么的？养老院有几所，除了龚村那家，其他的环境都不怎么样？龚村离城太远，城里子女看望不便。在南湖公园旁建一家就好了。在哪里拿证哦
