box-sizing: border-box !important;">仁寿县已于2021年自1月2日00：00时起启动仁寿县重污染天气黄色预警。</strong></span><span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(12, 12, 12); box-sizing: border-box !important;">各有关单位和个人应按照《仁寿县重污染天气环境应急预案（2019年修订的通知》（仁府办发〔2019〕9号）要求落实如下应急响应措施。</span></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(12, 12, 12); font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 一是轮停清单内企业需按要求做好应急响应措施，轮停清单外企业应确保污防设施正常运行，达标排放。二是所有施工工地（除县政府认定的民生工程和应急抢险工程外）一律停止土石方作业（包括：停止土石方开挖、回填、场内倒运、掺拌石灰、混凝土搅拌等作业，停止建筑工程配套道路和管沟开挖作业，停止建筑垃圾和渣土、砂石运输作业，其他施工运输必须采取封闭或遮盖措施）；建筑工地的堆料、砂石、裸土、建渣要采取覆盖、固化、绿化或洒水降尘措施；三是严禁露天焚烧各类垃圾、农作物秸秆，严厉查处相关行为。四是建成区禁止燃放烟花爆竹和露天烧烤。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(12, 12, 12); font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 一是儿童、老年人和呼吸道、心脑血管病及其他慢性疾病患者尽量留在室内，避免户外活动，确需外出尽量采取防护措施。一般人群减少或避免户外活动；室外工作、执勤、作业、活动人员可以采取佩戴口罩、缩短户外工作时间等必要的防护措施。幼儿园、中小学校等教育机构取消户外活动。二是提倡绿色生活方式，尽量采取乘坐公共交通工具或电动汽车等方式出行，自觉将制热空调调低1～2℃。三是倡导绿色消费，单位和公众尽量减少含挥发性有机物的涂料、油漆、溶剂等原材料及产品的使用。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="max-width: 100%;
