letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>此次农村房屋安全隐患排查整治分为三个阶段。第一阶段: 2020年11月- 2020年12月31日前完成重点排查，主要内容为: 把农房用作经营性的房屋(包括农家乐、民宿、饭店、茶楼、商铺、仓储作坊、采用易可燃材料彩钢板搭建、消防设施配备不足、消防通道堵塞等经营性房屋) ;年久失修老旧房屋(包括建设年限长、标准低、质量差、年久失修、改建扩建、擅自加层、使用预制板等用作经营性的房屋);处于洪涝灾害、地质灾害地段的经营性房屋(包括位于滑坡、泥石流、矿区采空区、河道、泄洪通道、洪水灾害隐患点等地质灾害隐患点的房屋)。第二阶段: 2020年12月- 2021年6月30日前完成经营性房屋隐患整治，同时开展对农村房屋安全隐患的全面排查。第三阶段: 2021年6月- -2023年12月底前基本完成农村房屋安全隐患整治目标任务，确保排查整治全覆盖、无死角、无遗漏。<span style='max-width: 100%;
