box-sizing: border-box !important;'>冬春季是呼吸道传染病的高发期。当前境外新冠肺炎疫情加速蔓延，国内出现多点、零星、散发本土病例，部分地区出现局部聚集性疫情。 四川省作为人口大省和劳务输出大省，随着元旦、春节的到来，旅行聚会、回川过年、探亲访友都可能大大增加新冠肺炎传播的风险。 为做好元旦和春节期间的疫情防控工作，保障全省人民的身体健康，四川省疾控中心发出如下健康提示： 1、每个人都是疫情防控“第一责任人”。应自觉遵守村（社）和交通、卫生健康等部门以及公共场所疫情防控规定。 2、鼓励大家就地过节，尽量不聚餐、不聚会、不扎堆，提倡家庭私人聚会不超过10人。 3、减少不必要的出行，如确需外出，提倡错峰出行。非必要不安排出境旅游。不鼓励老人、慢性病患者和孕产妇等特殊人群长途出行。旅行途中，尽量减少接触公共物品，减少进餐次数和时间，做好旅途健康监测。 4、避免前往国内中高风险地区。从中高风险等级地区入（返）川时，须持有到达目的地前7日内核酸检测阴性证明或能够出示包含核酸检测阴性信息的健康通行码“绿码”，并主动向所在社区报备。 5、14天内与确诊病例、无症状感染者及其密切接触者行动轨迹有交集的人员，应主动向所在社区报备，主动接受社区健康管理。 6、外出时，随身携带口罩。去往医院、车站、机场、商场、超市、农贸市场等公共场所，乘坐公共交通工具、厢式电梯，或与他人有1米以内近距离接触时应佩戴口罩。 7、保持戴口罩、常通风、勤洗手、一米线、用公筷等良好卫生习惯。遵循咳嗽打喷嚏礼仪，咳嗽、打喷嚏时用肘部或纸巾遮掩，口鼻分泌物用纸巾包好弃置于垃圾箱内，不随地吐痰。 8、保持健康生活方式。适时增减衣物，注意劳逸结合，规律作息，保证睡眠，合理膳食，适量运动，保持情绪稳定。 9、做好自身及家人的健康管理。一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，应立即、就近至医院发热门诊就诊，主动告知医生近14天活动轨迹及接触史，并应主动避免乘坐公共交通工具。 10、选择正规渠道购买海鲜、禽畜肉类等冷链食品，接触、处理冷链食品时要做好个人防护，及时洗手消毒。冷链食品应独立储存，制作厨具、餐具应生熟分开。冷链食品应煮熟煮透，处理过冷链食品的厨具、餐具要及时清洗消毒。 11、外出就餐应选择正规、卫生条件好的饭店或餐厅，使用公筷公勺，拒食野味。外出购物尽量使用扫码支付。外卖尽量选择无接触配送。 12、保持良好心态。通过看书、听音乐、练字、学习新技能，寻求家人和朋友的陪伴，拨打心理咨询电话或在线心理咨询等方式调整自身心理状态。</section></section></section></section><p style='margin-top: 5px;
